Miner Baikal
Miner Baikal is the leading manufacturer and producer of cryptocurrency miners. The company came into existence in 2013 and quickly gained importance from everyone. Their miners operate on the SHA-256 algorithm.
Each of their models has different power consumption and hash rate levels. These experts are working every day to provide the miners with swift mining. Their goal is to provide the customer with high-quality products and be recognized as number one globally. The product range includes Baikal Miner BK-G28 Multi Algorithm, BK-D 280 Multi Algorithm, BK-X Multi 7 Algorithm, and BK- B Multi Algorithm Miner.
The Baikal Giant X10 remains one of the top ASIC miners for profitability.. As a multi-algorithm miner, the Baikal Giant X10 can switch between different algorithms as various algos become too difficult or popular for profitability. Supported algorithms: X11/Quark/Qubit/Myriad-Groestl/Skein (2 new algorithm will be added soon). You can see in the pictures that there is some packing smudging on some of the units, but this is how they came from the factory. Other notable changes is the absence of the rear facing, honeycomb grill. It restricts flow, and adds to cost and manufacturing, so it makes sense they’ve removed it. They work perfectly out of the box. Make sure that you have a working Nicehash account or pool that you know is up and running. Plug in your pool and account information and start mining away.
Marin Mining has tested miners with and miners without the firmware patch, and both are operate just fine. Please note, power supply not included. Power requirements depend on the algorithm you are mining and range from: 120 – 630 watt. See the picture relating algorithms to power requirements. A quality 750W power supply with 6 – 6pin PCI-E will work.
